Library Loot #8

Library Loot is a weekly event co-hosted by Eva @ A Striped Armchair and Marg @ Reading Adventures that encourages bloggers to share the books they’ve checked out from the library. If you’d like to participate, just write up your post-feel free to steal the button-and link it using the Mr. Linky any time during the week. And of course check out what other participants are getting from their libraries!

Here are the books that I have checked out right now:

{Challenge books}
Key Lime Pie Murder (Hannah Swensen Mystery, Book 9)
Key Lime Pie Murder by Joanne Fluke -- #9 in the Hannah Swenson series. I borrowed this one on audio for the Audiobook Challenge and because I really like the narrator, Suzanne Toren.

Reaghan's current books checked out
Sam and the Tigers: A New Telling of Little Black Sambo Wanted: Best Friend Terrific Trains (Amazing Machines)
Beautiful Warrior
Sam and the Tigers: A New Telling of Little Black Sambo by Julius Lester, Illustrator Jerry Pickey -- a retelling of Little Black Sambo which I haven't read but know about.
Wanted: Best Friend by AM Monson, Illustrator Lynn Munsinger -- sometimes you don't know what you have until it is gone (but he gets it back again, no worries)
Terrific Trains by Tony Milton and Ant Parker
Beautiful Warrior by Emily Arnold McCully (Author and Illustrator) -- about a woman who is trained by Shaolin monks and becomes a kung fu master, eventually trains another who also becomes a Shaolin nun.

Not Your Mother's Slow Cooker Cookbook by Beth Hensperger -- I'm sort of obsessed with my 6qt Crock Pot =)

IMPORTANT: Kylee's Journal Disclosure

In accordance with the FTC Guidelines for blogging and endorsements, Kylee's Journal would like everyone to know that the books reviewed on my blog were either provided to me by the publisher/the author for free OR were purchased by me OR were borrowed from the library. Books recieved for free do not get special treatment, if I don't like something, I either will not finish it (DNF) or I will struggle through to the end; both get reviews posted here.
