Teaser Tuesdays {12-9-08}

  • Grab your current read
  • Let the book fall open to a random page
  • Share with us two (2) "teaser" sentences from that page, somewhere between lines 7 and 12.
  • You also need to share the title of the book that you're getting your "teaser" from ... that way people can have some great book recommendations if they like the teaser you've given!
  • Please avoid SPOILERS.
I'm reading 4 books at the moment. I'm picking my teaser from The Family Bones since it is closest to me. ;)
I looked up to see how high the actual opening was. It was very very high. I could see the top, the top of the well.
Can you get a sense of why I'm only reading this one during the day? **spoo-oo-ooky** Jump on over to MizB's blog, Should be Reading for more teasing.

  1. Nice teaser! Sounds like it could be scary!

  2. Yikes...that does sound spooky! Thanks for the teaser. Here is mine!

  3. Now *that's* a teaser that makes me want to read more! (Are you enjoying this spooky tale?)

  4. @Mo: Yes, I am enjoying it. I wish GoodReads had a picture displayed. There is a picture on the author's site. According to my 2 year old it is "Scawy." =)

  5. You could find it easier if I included the link. D'oh!

  6. Hmmm - now I guess the question would be how to get out of the well?

    :) thanks for the teaser ~ Wendi

    Here's my Teaser!

  7. Good teaser and I love spooky.

  8. Sounds like one my daughter would enjoy but I'm a bit of a spooky whimp...
