Library Loot #4

Library Loot is a weekly event co-hosted by Eva @ A Striped Armchair and Marg @ Reading Adventures that encourages bloggers to share the books they’ve checked out from the library. If you’d like to participate, just write up your post-feel free to steal the button-and link it using the Mr. Linky any time during the week. And of course check out what other participants are getting from their libraries!

Here are the books that I have checked out right now:

Reaghan's current books checked out
Corduroy's Garden (Easy-to-Read, Puffin) Kazam's Magic: Brand New Readers In a People House (Bright & Early Book, Be12)
The Tooth Book (Bright & Early Books(R)) The Ear Book (Bright & Early Books(R))
Kazam's Cards by Amy Erlich (not pictured, no picture available)
Corduroy's Garden by Allison Inches, created by Don Freeman
Kazam's Magic: Brand New Readers by Amy Erlich
In a People House by Dr Suess
The Tooth Book by Dr Suess, Joe Mathieu (Illustrator)
The Ear Book by Al Perkins

Checked out for myself just because
When the Soul Mends: A Novel (Sisters of the Quilt, #3)
When the Soul Mends: A Novel by Cindy Woodsmall -- This is the third and last book in the Sisters of the Quilt series. I have really enjoyed the previous two books. If you are interesed you can read my thoughts about the second book, When the Morning Comes. They are not stand alone books. The first book is called When the Heart Cries.

  4. Hello, NE Bloggers!
Our 1-year anniversary is coming up on Jan 27. To mark the occasion I am going to put up a Mr. Linky on the evening of Monday, January 25. If you'd like to write a post about living in NE, fav places to visit, funny stories and stereotypes, recipes, photos of our gorgeous landscape, anything, it would be great if you would link in. I'd also like a little idea of # of participants, if you could just send me a reply.
Since I don't have emails from everyone, I'm also leaving this message in your comments, sorry for the double-up.

  5. The book that you checked out, is that an Amish book? For some reason I can not get enough of these kinds of books. I really enjoyed the Lurlene McDaniel series. I read them when I was still in school and I still remember them.
